      As mentioned before, I have found them both friendly and most helpful. However, I also detected a hint of naive amateurism about their way of doing business, but I make no great complaint about that. It was most kind of them to temporarily drop the price of the Schütz set for me after the closing of the original offer.

        Have now received a refund via credit card company

        I agree with the theory that it's chaos and not something worse but it was v concerning to send 3 emails and get no reply.

        Sadly I won't use them again.

              It was and you're welcome. I wonder if my emails (sent from a work account) to customer services are getting lost in their spam filter or whether I'm using the "wrong" email address for the query (my work email seems to vary between mathias_broucek and mathias.broucek). But this still shouldn't happen.
