For Mahler 7 I have Abbado x 3, Tennstedt x 3, Haitink x 5, Solti, Jarvi(N), Nott, Noseda, Boulez x 2, Gielen, Bernstein, Rattle, Chailly, Sinopli, Bertini and Gergiev. No doubt others would beat that easily. These include some video versions.
I have quite a lot of Resurrections but nowhere near that many - Klemperer(3) 1951 Holland Festival, EMI studio and with Baker in concert, Abbado Lucerne, Nott, Rattle, Walter 1940 and Columbia SO , Bernstein (CBS) , Barbirolli Testament ,Jurowski and Kempe
Just looked at what's on the shelf behind me and I've counted 18 Bruckner Eights. Looks like his Ninth could be a similar number, too embarrassing to count.

Edit: 19 Bruckner Nines.

Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

I am not going to look at Mahler.
18 Bruckner 8's?? Is that all? I have just counted mine and have found 32. A few more could emerge hidden away in boxed sets that I've missed.
I don't have the latest BaL recommendation (BPO/Giulini) or BRSO/Böhm on Audite but have two on DVD and various off-air recordings.

I've just realised I've got 6 Harris 3rds (I forgot about the Toscanini). Also 4 Ascending Larks and 4 Mendelssohn E minor Violin Concertos.
6 Harris 3rds does seem rather a lot, obviously a work that you love. It's your 4 Mendelssohn's that worry me - I have 37 and they weren't all bought for couplings!
