I had the same problem, its blamed on your email provider (mine is Yahoo). If you notify their support, they will reply with a link to the page where all their newsletters are listed/linked from. It appears to have my specific email address in the web ref, so I presume yours would be tailored too. (when you get it, save it to favourites because I still do not receive mine.
BTW, have you noted the hourly half price offer, downloads at £5 for lossless instead of £10. Some things worth going for (Chandos, Coro (the 16), Signum). But also some less appeaing offers - including a fair number of labels where the idea is that I would buy some obscure / new music with no PDF booklet (why would I buy new or unknown music where the only information is the movement titles etc).
I think the site is good, especially for small / far away labels but I am amazed they think downloads will sell without the info. Actualy the site customer support say that booklet provision is down to the label, and they try to get the labels to provide them. Also I think, given the saving on production and distribution costs, that £10 at full price is on the high side for a lossless download) although - as I know you will be aware - they do have the points (10% of value spent) loyalty bonus. I sometimes check on Amazon for a 2nd hand seller on some of the offer recording and the physical CD or SACD can still come in cheaper than £5.
Finally, in respect of the hourly half price offer, there are also a lot of US oriented offers of a very specific nature, e.g.:
UNITED STATES AIR FORCE CONCERT BAND AND SINGING SERGEANTS: On Tour
- you would be surprised at the number of US military music groups that publish CDs (there must be a federal budget for it).

Some of those US military concert bands are extremely good if sometimes over-drilled but I'm less sure about the idea of singing sergeants!
