Scherchen's Mahler 4th??

Friend of mine is much taken with this bargain box of Scherchen's live Mahler symphony recordings https://www.amazon.co.uk/Conducts-Ma...s=music&sr=1-2 It's complete except for the 4th.

I can't find any Scherchen recording of it anywhere else, and a cursory Google has found no mention of any concert relationship. Does anyone know if he took against it a bit like Haitink did with the 8th?

It seems strange that anyone would take against Mahler 4 - but then that’s the fickleness of musical taste! How’s lockdown ease in the East of the county LMP?
