My (by chance M-registered - why has Mrs Roehre an R-reg????) car has got a cassette player and a CD interchange too, but all what I generally listen to is Radio Cymru or Radio 4, or -during long journeys- spoken books.
    But very rarely music.

On a tangential note, this ranks alongside the increasing tendency of car manufacturers to do away with spare wheels. Instead of a spare wheel and tools you get a pack of foam to squirt into your tyre and an electric pump to blow it up again. So perfectly serviceable tyres with small punctures can no longer be mended, you always have to buy a new tyre - and you stand a good chance of being left stranded. For country dwellers this change is not an improvement.

I always have to have music on when I'm driving, sometimes even classic fm during shorter journeys (oops better take cover!)
