    Gramophone magazine - a question

I wonder if I could ask if anyone here has a copy to hand of the October 2014 edition of Gramophone, and if so whether they could look up the volume and edition number (if the magazine still uses such things) and a page reference for JEG's article introducing Beethoven's 5th Symphony? I found it online and I'm quoting from it in something I'm writing, and it would be nice to have an official-looking academic-style reference for the article, rather than a URL. Many thanks for any help!

Hi Richard. Are you sure that's the edition? I've just looked through it and there's no reference to Beethoven 5 at all. The search engine only shows Gardiner's name in advertisements.

I'll double check but don't see it.

      Ok.

      It's the August 2014 edition.

      Page 18.

      Volume 92.

      No. 112.

Thanks a lot! (It does say October in the online version I found!)

          You're welcome.

I've fallen foul with that too. I wonder if the date refers to when a given article/review is posted online.

You found that by googling? I've often found puzzling mistakes and misprints in those, absent from the subscriber print/online/digital archive editions. Couldn't imagine why...
(One such had the latest Barenboim Bruckner cycle as Dresden Staatskapelle...)
