    Qobuz accounts

Does Qobuz provide rather full account details, like iTunes - purchase details etc.
I'm trying to find out when I purchased a recent download on my account - but the only information I've seen so far is the date the album/track was added to the system - not what I want at all.

Do you not get an electronic receipt with a transaction number, price and date/time of order? I have always received one, usually within seconds of placing the order.

Absolutely. Assuming you're using the desktop version of Qobuz (i.e. opening qobuz.com in a browser and logging in to your account), all you have to do is click on your user name (top right of your Qobuz home page). The first item on the dropdown menu which opens links to 'My Music'. Click on that and you'll see a list of all your downloads, sorted with most recent first. Depending on the extent of your downloading this may spread over several pages, accessed by the usual list of page numbers along with a 'Next' arrow.

The list not only shows the date and order number of each download but also includes a direct link to each item's page within Qobuz and a link to download the item again. My own list extends to 36 pages, going back to my very first download which dates from November 2009.

p.s. Also, the list is searchable.

Thanks for this seemingly obvious answer - very helpful.

DublinJimbo: I don't recognise this behaviour. It's not what I see in my current Mac version of the Qobuz desktop software.

If you go to the Qobuz web page, click on your account at the top right, then select my music you can see what you've bought and when.

I fear my reference to the 'desktop version' of Qobuz was misleading. I did not mean the Qobuz app, but rather the Qobuz web site. You should see the list I describe if you open qobuz.com in a browser and log in to your account.

But it doesn’t tell you what you paid - am I right in thinking that one must keep all the confirmation emails for that? That would be rather laborious, and for me, hit and miss.

That does seem a bit odd, but you seem to be correct. I tried using the order number and doing a search, but that only finds the .tar file, rather than the confirmation email (Mac OS X).

Thanks for pointing me in the direction of the website, rather than the desktop application. The purchases are as described in msgs 5 and 6.

Has anyone else noticed the security warning when trying to log in via Firefox? Is the Qobuz site insecure in some way - maybe an out of date certificate?
Seems to work in Safari. Is it just as insecure, but the browser doesn't warn me?

I use FireFox and El Capitan and I've had no security warnings (yet).

My Firefox is 52.0.2 and El Capitan is 10.11.6 - and I do get warning messages.

See here = https://support.mozilla.org/t5/Prote...fox/ta-p/27861 which shows the sort of thing I see.

I've not figured this out yet.

The same security warning comes up when trying to log on to this site.

The Mozilla support page explains the situation very well.

The log on page does not establish a secure link to the site (http rather than https at the beginning of the address)and hence in theory it's possible that user name and passwords entered to log in could be seen by anyone who has the desire to go looking.
