I hope your download is quicker than mine. On a 100 Meg Internet connection, I am getting a download rate of around 1.5 Meg a second for the zip. I am now up to 11 Gig of the zip but am not sure just how big the whole zip will be.

I'm slower than you. I'm also at 11g of the zip, but I've been going since 8.00pm!!

I hope it doesn't take too much longer, because from Qobuz I bought Jack Gallagher's Symphony #2 and I want to listen to it tonight.

Would you, perchance, be using a Mac? The FLACs inside the zip total 11.4 Gig. I have just resolved one to WAV and it is indeed 96/24.

Mac, yes. It's downloaded and now decompressing the zip file.

As well as the Gergiev Mahler there’s lots of Colin Davis, Haitink and Gergiev’s Rachmaninov all at £notmuch including Sir Colin’s third Sibelius cycle in 24 bit and a huge Berlioz box

The Sibelius downloads are off the agenda for me since I got the SACD/Blu-ray box around the time of its release. That comes with the downloadable files on the Blu-ray. I have most of the Berlioz recordings on CD. Since the download is restricted to CD quality, I think I will give that a miss, too, though it does look a very good deal.

I had about half the Berlioz but for (from memory) £6 or so it was good value for the rest...

Having carefully checked my Berlioz/Colin Davis CDs, I only have the Philips recordings of some, so have relented and paid up my £4.99.
