    CDR Timings

Finally, the review of Opera Recital discs has begun, 20 minutes later than billed in the Radio Times. I can't think of any other broadcast where the published schedule is so regularly disregarded. They'd be better off not bothering printing one at all.

It's particularly annoying if, as has happened to me in the past, you set your recorder for a particular section of the programme and miss it completely.

Make a habit of checking the online schedule on Friday evening - the accurate timings are posted then. I've long since given up taking any notice of the CD Review timings in the RT...

Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

They obviously knew you were going to illegally record it for nefarious porpoises

Mr Pee - If you subscribe to the CD Review newsletter you will get a much better idea of the content and timings than you see in the Radio Times :)

Thank you for those suggestions. I will use the newsletter and online schedule from now on.
