I've just been sent an email with an offer of a fairly large number of digital copies of the BBC Music Magazine for under £40. Possibly might be worth it, but the deadline is May 3rd I think. Not sure how the copies work - are they downloads or on DVDs or some other format? Downloads could be a pain re time to access, and in any case I think I may be able to access downloads via our public library service.
