Not so much a trawl as a completely freaky coincidence.
Just had 2 very good weeks' hols in Northumberland, which is quite a long way from Cornwall. On way north, what better excuse to overnight at Bishops Castle, Salop, a most pleasant town which just happens to contain Yarborough House, an estimable retailer of s/h classical LPs and CDs, and books of all descriptions (also excellent non-s/h tea, coffee and cakes for the non-classically aligned and/or illiterate
).
In their bargain bin was the original Unicorn-Kanchana CD of music by John Buller. Can't find its artwork to paste, but the same recordings are still available on NMC

Snapped it up for a couplerquid with a good few other discs and proceeded northwards to a very nice cottage in Northumberland. Nearest small town was Haltwhistle. Hey, it's got ONE charity shop, and... hey, they've got a goodish run of LPs and...hey, a fair few - but no massive number - are classical
Guess what? Not one but both of the original Buller Unicorn LPs, from c.1979 and '85!! Don't recall in 40yrs+ of record collecting ever having seen either of them, or the CD. So perhaps there is a god, and He has a sense of humour![winkeye](https://www.for3.org/forums/core/images/smilies/f_winkeye.gif)
(Didn't buy the LPs if anyone wishes to rush out looking (£1 ea. IIRC). I shall rest content with the CD...)
[PS For those with well-off-beaten-track tastes, one LP I did buy in said Haltwhistle shop was a Melodiya of piano works by Mikalojus Konstantinas Ciurlionis (1875-1909), apparently played by those legendary pianists A.Dvarionaite and V. Bacenas
I'd heard of MKC but AFAIK never previously heard a note.
Anyone here big on Cuirlionis??
...roehre...?
