As Decca Classics don't provide an e-mail address but do have a Facebook page, I messaged their Facebook page to say - publicly I think - that the link didn't work. "Sung texts" are available for both the big boxes so far produced (I see that a third on early and renaissance is planned). One can untick the box which will commit you to receiving publicity e-mails (pre-ticked, naturally) when you register to be able to download the PDFs. Anyway, see:
