Good morning, Mike. There's some sort of special broadcasting 'event' next week. Must be pretty 'important' to miss CD Review. Or is it the end of civilisation as we know it?!

I've always enjoyed the old Naxos recording, coupled with !!!!!!!!!!!!. Played by £.5 (which was much better, IMHO, than the one played by $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ on DGG.

Keep up! I mentioned this yesterday. http://www.for3.org/forums/showthrea...09-15-9-00-a-m
Just remember - any BaL from a pop-up studio is likely to be a duet version.

If people find the complete piece too long, there are two suites -

            ????????? and ????

I prefer the choral version by *&^% recently remastered on &&^^ in 128 bit 28 channel sound!

The clinks as the end and beginning give an interesting cyclic touch.

                  Ah I see - a "no brainer".

(God, how I hate that term).

Make sure you seek out the Japanese pressing, mind!!
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                      Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

I thought the Chinese pressing was rather slitty!

You are the Duke of Edinburgh's tuba-playing love-child, and I claim my five pounds!
