The audio quality of the Austrian station seems adequate when listening via a computer speakers, though there are traces of problems. I think listening would depend on the musical offerings available. I've not checked whether they have higher quality streams - maybe they do. I just clicked on the first link I found.

Belgian musiq3 is also worth a listen to - http://www.musiq3.be/index.htm and French speakers/readers might find it easier.
