Actually, Karafan, I have located a CD of this available from Haydn House in USA. See the last item on this page:

I did get a couple of Haydn symphony CDs from them a few years back and I can't remember what the p&p came to but you can check their site. The CD cost is $12 so about £8.

Ed: it appears shipping to UK would be another $9.80 so about another £6.50.
