          You missed out big time. Fascinating to hear Mozart played on an instrument palpably straining to the limit of its resources. Bezuidenhout's recording of the sonatas sounds like one of the most exciting discs of Mozart for many a year, banishing any thoughts of the fortepiano as an out of tune old honky tonk.
