Funnily enough I had a card through my door yesterday (Sunday) afternoon from Amazon Logistics to say a packet had been delivered next door in my absence. Wondered who they were.

Is it just Amazon's own products that are being so delivered? My "Marketplace" goods arrived this morning in the ordinary post.Numquam Satis!

Black Swan
The saga goes on. I have 2 orders in play. I with a 3rd party vendor, being sent Royal Mail. The 2nd the Abbado, Lucerne, Bruckner 9 was sent Amazon logistics. After going on again about issues of me working for a living, secure access block of flats occupied by working people and being told there was no alternative. I have cancelled the order and will either download or try Presto Classics. All open and pending orders have been cancelled as well. I was told that they could not specify a carrier for shipments. I asked why small packages which would normally be sent Royal Mail are now coming Amazon Logistics I was given no reason.
Unlike others, I don't have an issue with Royal Mail as they are able to enter the building and can deliver.

I thought everybody up north knew everybody else in the street, and chatted over the garden fence?
My mate had some reasonably expensive tickets nicked by a neighbour who appeared when the postie was looking for a signature, and my friend wasn't in.
A squiggle, and off to viagogo.
Nice.
(and in the interests of national harmony, my mate is a yorkie, and the offender is a southerner).I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
I am not a number, I am a free man.

I agree that often carriers, Royal Mail included, are happy for any signature. Oddly, Amazon Logistics does not require a signature...

Slightly off-topic but Amazon related - has anyone else on these boards received a personalised card inviting them to a 30 day trial of Amazon Prime - quite what happens after the 30 days I don't know but I have no interest in vidos on my computer. I'd sooner they saved their money so that they did not charge postage on purchases under £10 - an amazing number seem to be listed at £9.99!
