Useless email reminder

When do boarders get their email 'updating' them on the contents of the Saturday show? Mine regularly comes after the programme, often more than 24 hours late on the Sunday!

I have tried replying to point this out, but have not had even an acknowledgment.

Fortunately, I don't tend to forget the programme (yet, anyway...) - the highlight of my week!

Mine usually arrives late Friday night, but this week's came, like yours, after the programme had been broadcast.

As it is an all-automated system, no surprises that mine arrived that late too.
