Frescobaldi & Co. on CD Review

Early/Baroque keyboard or for that matter, any Baroque enthusiasts who missed today’s New Release, don’t let it go without listening to it on Listen Again. The music was splendid and the talk between AM and his guest was extremely interesting (to me).

Anthony Noble looks at some recent recordings of Baroque keyboard music played on a range of historic instruments.
With Andrew McGregor. Including Building a Library: Recordings from Thomas Beecham.

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
