    Facebook Page for Breakfast

Well surprise, surprise, surprise: This morning I head that not only can you Text, Tweet, or email Breakfast but they now have a Facebook page.

Oh well, I gave up on them long ago but they never cease to amaze me.

did they say "other methods of stalking your ex partners are available ?"

I always liked the way that the corn flake packet on Blue Peter had gaffer tape on it so they wouldn't be accused of advertising

Well, if R3 have a Breakfast Facebook page they have it well hidden as it doesn't turn up on any searches on Facebook.

The R3 Breakfast website however does have an interesting picture of Ian Skelly:

How voices can belie faces eh?

This was chortled upon on another thread

I think the Facebook page referred to must have been the main R3 page (which no longer mentions Breakfast, apparently because there were so many hostile comments). Or it could be that the new tactic is to launch a special Breakfast page as an act of agression, but there doesn't seem much point in having In Tune/Sean, jazz and everything else on one page and Breakfast on another.

Or they could be going to reintroduce Breakfast on the main page now all the grumpies have departed.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

              BTW:

Remember that Facebook, Twitter and the Radio 3 blog were offered as substitutes for the axed messageboards which had been designed, under the service licence commitments, to create 'communities of interest for Radio 3 listeners'; and the Trust said they would be evaluating that.

Compare their (apparent) value to Radio 3 listeners with this forum. Should we ask for a share of the licence fee revenue, given that we offer a similar service, better regulated (in my view), and the financial burden is covered (albeit willingly) by a few private individuals?

I notice that the delightful Catherine Bott of R3 (if it is indeed she) has been looking in quite a lot recently
