    Any ideas, TTN insomniacs?
    Kristian Bezuidenhout?

... might it be either Wyneke Jordans or Leo van Doeselaar?

Tobias Koch wins the prize for number of mentions on TTN (from a quick, incomplete search).
Or there's Jos Van Immerseel, Janusz Olejniczak, Nelson Goerner, Ronald Brautigam or Sebastian Knauer. (Apologies for sounding like Mrs Doyle)

Thanks all - it's Brautigam I've been trying to remember.

I hope to get some interest in this on the The Piano thread.

Could be, but he was born in South Africa and now lives in London.

When I clicked on this image, up popped the words 'Download denied' - apparently Kapersky regards it as malicious.

But does he play an Erard?

                          Who or what is Kapersky?

It was just an image found on Google uploaded via imgbb.com....

Oddly enough, Kaspersky Total Security (installed on my main desktop) is happy with it and just takes me to the Imgbb webpage with the delectable Mrs Doyle.

The BB code looks fairly innocuous, the webpage the image links to is highlighted
