Do you mean "Drumming down", Stan? I'm sure we can fit 103 in somewhere

I see we have a right bunch of Philosophers here, Morning, Noon and Evening.

      I've had enough. Farewell!

        Hiya Richard,

Now Haydn 'The Drumroll', now that would be good.

What's this? A former Schoolmaster who cannot bear puns? You're fired!

We have a few board members ( maybe a Poule of them) who could give us a Hornsignal.

I can't bear any more of this!

PS: Or were you being clever having the bear in there in the first place? Wouldn't put it past you!

                Hiya ferney,

Of course Haydn's Symphony No. 55 known as 'The Schoolmaster'.

Evidently not clever enough. (Symphony #59 seems not to have been noticed )

                  Lamentationable.

God Save Us - times don't change here, do they?

Anyway, had an email this a.m. asking why the format had changed this morning. No interview? I said I expected something had gone wrong, since the programme's live.
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Ah! My Oxford degree hadn't fired me up enough to spot that!
The mercury level had dropped too much overnight.

If it's a schoolmaster, the objection would be to puns and needles.

I noticed it but unlike Nielsen 4 I put it out!

I have just retreated to the other room. Suzy announced that the winning companion piece today (for Hamish MacCunn's LOTMATF) would be Dvorak's Ma Vlast. I was intrigued as this was new to me, but it became clear she meant Smetana's. Simple enough mistake......

                              It's her yobohemian approach!

I think there was a tactful whisper in her 'phones, as it was Smetana before the piece actually began. Bit of a put down for Pat in Chingford for suggesting Eine Alpensinfonie ("Have ever visited the Alps?")
