Some interesting things in there.

Like the " HR nightmare of furlough". As opposed the the HR nightmare of no furlough scheme. As somebody on the edge of the creative sector, currently furloughed, I know what I would have voted for.
And If I am reading it right, losing salaried staff and replacing with freelancers ( replacing fixed costs with variable) seems to be his preferred direction of travel.
