Well ... it doesn't need to be discussed in such terms, does it? It may very well be that SM-P (and her bosses) have decided that the "name the station every 30 seconds" aspect that DracoM noted isn't doing R3 any favours and decided to avoid it in the particular programme you heard - or that there wasn't time for such announcements - or that she just couldn't be bothered, or forgot on this occasion. "Deaf", "liar", "prejudiced", "half wit" don't need to be considered - certainly not "guilt"?

Or have I missed something?
