Mr L acknowledged that he had indeed been unaware that there were two distinct groups.
However, we share something in common with the current controller in have been savaged by Mr LebrechtIt isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Having just skimmed through the intervening posts I've come to the conclusion that the information I was hoping to find about the connections does not in fact exist.Or possibly it does(after all this was carefully crafted/curated) but for whatever reason it is not deemed necessary to share it with us - in which case I wonder why not?

Live Blog contains 30 pieces of writing* about the music played throughout the 12 hours, which I guess takes up about half the space of this webpage. The rest of the page is filled with large photos of composers, WOWs, Hi-s, and photos of a baby and gardens etc. Are we to think the other 40 pieces of music were just random fillers?
*roughly counted, and one piece of writing to one piece of music.
The programme certainly presented a different way of listening to/enjoying music, and maybe an idea for a new format for regular programs but I don’t think those who ‘curated’ the programme should be congratulating themselves. They did not deliver what they promised. Unless this was how they ‘curated’ because they believed this would be good enough for the listeners.
Or is there a place where I can find the missing information?
