Will it be a 12 minute piece to give him time for a bowl of porridge?

Great quip from the man just before last night's Tallis Scholars concert from Beverley, after a trail for KD's dance music programme, IS: Does it include Dad dancing?

Excellent again ..... has just taken the absolute proverbial out of the Squire's latest Music Box, which in case you are not keeping up, is called "the 08:04" ......

Yep: "Petroc will be back for the 8.04 next week, controversially closing the doors himself" - love it!

What an unexpected joy to hear Ian Skelly this morning replacing the Cornishman who was off being important in Manchester. No comparison. Skelly has a lightness of touch and wit that always entertains and informs. I’d vote for him on 8th June. IS for PM!

At the risk of repeating myself.....

What a splendidly life-affirming piece Martinu's Fifth Symphony is.
A splendid tribute to Belohlavek at the end of today's programme.

Sorry to lose your quip to the Kernel!
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Count yourself lucky that your most recent puntastic thread on the Jazz Forum has survived Comrade Thumwood's subversive attempts to down it!

Nobody looks over there. More likely to be done for intimidation :-)
