Black Swan
I don't listen often but did this morning. And for it Breakfast hit a new low..... Dvorak's American Quartet played by a Mandolin Quartet. That would have been enough without the presenter gushing about it and the fact the positive and negative Tweets and Texts had been received....

Disappointed. I tuned in for George Shearing: Lullaby of Birdland, Lyricist: David Weiss, Ensemble: Die 12 Cellisten der Berliner Philharmoniker hoping to hear the 12 Cellisten break into a swinging rendition of Weiss's lyrics, but they just seemed to be playing instruments: I think they were cellos.Last edited by french frank; 19-02-15, 11:39.It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal.
