Some semi-literate producer responsible, I suppose: what do you think, Zucchers? Just caught the beginning of something that sounded like the start of the charts feature.

FoR3 survey suggested the controller should rethink the morning schedule. Punkt.
I have texted for Paul Simon's America and I am very hopeful.....

When I used the phrase 'a curiosity', I was paraphrasing: he said 'a one-off', I'm afraid your Lordship
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

A man of many parts, Mr Vignoles! The software is a very confused character ... I'm not sure that it speaks English.

I don't listen often but did this morning. And for it Breakfast hit a new low..... Dvorak's American Quartet played by a Mandolin Quartet. That would have been enough without the presenter gushing about it and the fact the positive and negative Tweets and Texts had been received....

I believe that I just heard Ms Burton-Hill (and it was 'Clemency' to you, today) say, in rattling off the possible sources of Radio Three, 'and on yer mobile'. Or did my years deceive me?

A very warm welcome to Breakfast!

                  I suppose that's what counts as "smartening-up" the programme/show.

I didn't hear it, but people can (and some do) listen to radio on mobile 'phones.

Might one add, 'On yer bike ...'?

No; not so much a Ring Cycle as a ringtone.

Let's keep Breakfast a Ring Cycle (and ringtone for that matter) free-zone!

'A little under the weather' so it was said. De aegros nil nisi ... Aegros? Aegros? What kind of Latin grammar is that? Anglo Saxon?

Disappointed. I tuned in for George Shearing: Lullaby of Birdland, Lyricist: David Weiss, Ensemble: Die 12 Cellisten der Berliner Philharmoniker hoping to hear the 12 Cellisten break into a swinging rendition of Weiss's lyrics, but they just seemed to be playing instruments: I think they were cellos.
