We shall comply with your demands. Just: no more like that!! Please!

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
        Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

In a (probably futile) attempt to staunch the flow, maybe I can predict the sacking of this morning's Breakfast presenter? She announced O Fortuna as 'that little known rarity'. Such irony is bound to confuse the typical Breakfast listener and she must now be considered a dissident.

I had a lie in this morning, I am quite used to Martin. However, I was truly appalled at today's program. Where to start..... the presenter, the babble about a musical map of Britain, the quality of the music. Enough said, I wholly back the sacking of the presenter. I used to complain about to much commentary on Breakfast but at least RC was well informed and knowledgeable. Why don't they bring in Grimmy from Radio 1 at least he can be funny.

Unlikely, given her old man is you-know-who. Anyway, she's yoof appeal, innit?

The musical map has the whiff of both Classic FM and Blue Peter infantilisation of the nation. "Does little Jimmy want to stick a pin in the map? There's a goooooooooood boy! Well done!"

Interactivity. The R3 blog has had 19 replies (most look to be people wanting their local choirs/societies publicised, though I could be wrong).

It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

                        ... the bloody Map!

No quality control - just local pride jostling to promote a choral society or whatever - o they must be so proud of this interactivity...

I have never wanted interactivity with Radio 3. What I want is unobtrusive professionalism
