    Fair point!

You’ll be delighted to hear Frenchie that Tiggy was gone but sadly she is back again ........

Thank you for keeping me apprised (I had to look back to see who this Tiggy was, nope, it's gone out of my mind again).
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

If I had seen this message at the time, I would have pointed out that Ms Skellers' melted bifocals would at least have seen the Christmas turkey through the week twice.

But why someone would be named after a hedgehog escapes me - maybe she’s a prickly character!

Personally, I find it hard to understand why an entire 30-minute piece is inappropriate (because who can concentrate properly or has that amount of time to listen) whereas a sequence of four 6-minutes pieces, some 'interrupted' by presenters or by being extracts from longer pieces will fit around what everyone is doing at that time in the morning.

Indeed - switching concentration modes every few minutes must prove quite distracting, one might think!

My thumbs up was merely a preference for Martin Handley. The usual Saturday morning incumbent is intolerable. Being patronised, being yelped at and being made to listen to amateur soundscapes and a mixture of muzak is a terrible thing.

Martin’s mix of sounds and music on Sundays are equally naff!

True, but the rest is better.
