Well I am a bad person but I like the lady’s style - I find it refreshing and her enthusiasm infectious .... but as well as bad, I am, almost certainly, mad ........

I hope Martin Handley posts on Twitter on Saturday morning a selfie of his new jeans .......

It could well be that we're both right - which means, I guess, that we could well be regarded as bad AND a bit arrogant!

Georgia Mann introduced some barrel-scraping work yesterday, allegedly based on Schumann's Dichterliebe, but it was quite embarrassing, sounding like a GCSE composition, sung by an amateur crooner soprano with a pleasant enough voice, but with swoops galore.

Well if he has the whole weekend at his disposal he can give rein to his self-indulgent tendencies, but I hope it isn't on air...

They would be next in the Alker line - no acid overdose there!

Not sure if this is the right place for it, but here is an interesting and moving update on a former Breakfast presenter. I had not been aware of CBH's move to New York or her major health scare earlier this year and would want to wish her well in her (by the sound of it, slow) recovery.

I had no idea. Awful. Let us wish her well asap...
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                        Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Really bad news Rolmill. I hope the noted improvement leads to a good recovery. Best wishes to CBH.

Wow. I certainly had no idea about this.
That is some health setback to have to recover from. We should,as ever, count our blessings.
