It's an impressive biography. For some reason the name didn't resonate with me though reading through the list of performances I can't understand why. Doubly sad to lose an artist whose career had not yet ended.It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.Comment

How sad. Elizabeth Connell was a wonderful dramatic soprano. She could have been a rival to many well known big names. RIP.Comment
