    MET - Elektra

I thought I'd perhaps try to catch up with Elektra tonight - since I've never seen or heard it before.
It might be really good - I have no preconceptions. It is of course a Free streaming experience.

Tomorrow it'll be Tosca, which I really want to see in case it's similar to the last live performance I've seen, though it might not turn out like the one which was originally scheduled for this season.

Oh thanks Dave. I'm in the same team as you, never seen or heard it.
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I am not a number, I am a free man.

Tried hunting for this, but came across a 2010 Salzburg performance conducted by Gatti first, so watched that.
We're not sure yet how to find things on the TV, and/or indeed if they're accessible there or only directly via iPads etc.
Looks like we'll have lots of time to experiment, though.

        Try here - https://www.metopera.org/

One of our TVs has a Roku stick attached, and it's easy from that as there's a Met Opera "app" installed on that. The thing with that is to look for the Previews - don't offer to pay, and if you navigate to the opera showing each night it ought to come up - as a Preview. Anyway, that works for us, but I think the link I've put here should work on a computer. You could then cast to a TV, or use a cable link - depends on your hardware etc.

Elektra seemed very good, though I didn't know what to expect.
