This was a pleasant surprise to find on Opera on 3 yesterday . I thought it was very well sung and conducted well worth catching up on iPlayer though with rather gushing scripted interventions from Kate Molleson at the start and between the acts.

Yes, I spotted it rather late last night, so didn’t get much beyond the gush before falling asleep. But I remember the show as being very fine musically (and ok as a production), so will try to find time to listen properly before it goes off BBC Zoundz.Originally posted by Barbirollians View Post
