I'm not sure if it will be released in British cinemas, but here in France I have just seen the most excellent new film about Callas, entirely in her own words...not a pundit or talking head in sight. I had no idea so much archive footage existed. A fascinating document, so well put together and painting a very sympathetic portrait of Callas. Here's the trailer if anyone is interested.
