ENO Mastersingers - cultural crime in prospect?

I saw it on opening night nearly three weeks ago.

Still cannot get over how good it was!

Will someone for heaven's sake get a grip of this and film it! ENO board asleep?

I thought Iain Paterson was splendid as Sachs, and a subtle comic actor as well. I was lucky to be in the stalls and get his facial expressions. Most in the house wouldn't. Still he is young in his career and his performances will certainly be captured in future.
