Interesting... am I correct in thinking that I due Foscari hasn't been broadcast yet? It's been delayed once, then I wondered if the Domingo celebration (from three years ago!) replaced it in the schedules. Now, no news of a broadcast. Could it be - perish the thought - that his Domingo-ness has vetoed the broadcast...Our chief weapon is surprise...surprise and fear...fear and surprise.... Our two weapons are fear and surprise...and ruthless efficiency....

A Flying Dutchman from Zurich with Terfel as the Dutchman has just been released on DVD, so I suspect the Opera House performances are unlikely also to make their way onto DVD.
