          I do. It seems to be one of those traditions that, whenever possible, every March 21 I play Beethoven 6 and Stravinsky Rite of Spring.

          However, for that wonderful fresh air great to be alive feel as the season comes round again you can't beat Johann Strauss' Voices of Spring

            I can understand your choice, but I find the Spring Symphony a rather cold work, though I admit that it has beautiful moments, and the exuberant ending doesn't quite come off.I think he did this sort of thing rather better in Noye's Fludde
            How about Primavera from Respighi's delightful Botticelli Pictures, or the insects waking up in Roussel's The Spiders Banquet ?
