However,I must have been at a different performance of the Leningrad to the one you heard.
I am very confused.

I was reporting from the concert and to my ears I felt the Halle were on wonderful form under their inspirational conducter Sir Mark Elder. It was a thrilling performance of the Leningrad symphony.
