Four lunchtime concerts from the Pavel Haas this week. I'm looking forward to these. Whatever irritations there may be on Radio 3, the lunchtime concerts remain a highlight for me.

I was very naughty today, I didn't look in that Radiator Times thingy and missed it. In past times I thought them pretty good.
Self flagelation is the only remedy.
But old Ruggerio is teaching me a lot, even when I'm 30 years beyond my sell by date. -

I heard the first part of their concert today, the Dvorak American Quartet, one of my favourites, and thought it pretty special. Quite made my lunch break!

Excellent concert today (Thursday). The Debussy and Ravel quartets. What a treat.
Usually try to catch these lunchtime concerts when I can. In most cases they are keeping up their high standards.
Lets praise R3 when praise is due!
