Though most of my live music experience has been good old rock n roll, I have been at a couple of " I was there" moments.

Inspired programming, wonderful music, magnificent performances. What a concert that was! I recorded it from iPlayer (thankfully, the BBC allows us non-residents to listen to, even if not watch iPlayer content) and have it in iTunes to return to whenever the mood takes me.

Likewise. One of the very finest of the Proms I attended last summer.

I attended it too and it was unforgettable, the performance of the 5th was absolutely superb, and I wasn't the only one in tears around me.
