Did I miss a thread on this recital?
Given that I'm not particularly a lieder aficionado, I thought that this was a very, very fine program from Elizabeth Watts & Roger Vignoles. Her enthusiasm in assembling the program was evident in the pre-recorded interview portions, as well as in her singing itself. It was perhaps a bit odd to hear some of these selections on iPlayer after catching a Carnegie Hall recital recently by Dorothea Roschmann with several of the same songs.
There's still some time to hear this on iPlayer, and I commend it to all here.
