Sorry for resurrecting an old thread - I thought it would be preferable to creating a new one.
Is it just that my mozartophobia is worse than usual, or is there more Mozart than usual on at the moment? It seems as though virtually every time I turn on the radio, out comes Mozart.
Maybe following the recent (wonderful) "northern lights" and new music festivals, R3 has been hauled over the coals for not hitting its Mozart quotas, and is now having to catch up.

Actually quite a lot!
As I have said before I don't see this 'so called' Mozart popularity reflected on the 'What Are You Playing' thread on this message board. Personally I don't think you can have too much Mozart.

Bach, Mozart and Beethoven are probably the 'Top 3' but if you have a phobia for one or all of them they're probably played too often. I mean - Bach every morning!!!! What is it with Bach, then?

Now listened to piano sonata in Eb K282 - this thread reminded me of the Klara Würtz set which I hadn't listened to for a while.
