Beethoven Piano Concerto No.4

This afternoon Katey Derham said that Beethoven's 4th Piano Concerto was the first which started with the piano. I am right or am I wrong in thinking that Mozart began one of his with the piano first? If I am right, which one is it?

Not with the piano first, but Mozart's 9th concerto K271 has the piano answering the orchestra twice right at the start.
