I think, by the way, that you are quite right to draw attention to the fact that there is more discussion about CD performances than about broadcast concerts on these Boards (mea culpa, mea maxima culpa) which seems a bit odd on a Radio discussion Forum.

By 'Performance' I was following the BBC boards usage, meaning live broadcasts and recorded public performances.It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
