I ordered them from marvelio-uk via amazon.co.uk. Just received a dispatch notification with a delivery date estimate of 29th April.

Delivered today. I have decided not to complain about the poor estimate. There is no indication of who carried out the digitization or whether any re-editing was involved. I have yet to find time to listen to them. In addition to the original notes from the LP album "About Carl Ruggles", an essay by Lou Harrison is reproduced in the booklet, along with an introduction by Adam Fong, Associate Director of Other Minds.
