Maestrolover emerges bug-eyed from the practice-room...

    Hi everyone

It has been far too long since I last appeared on here and I do apologise for not being around and taking part. I miss this place a lot, so easy to waste a whole evening here!

However, the past few months have seen me doing more professional playing than I have done for quite a few years, so time away from mundane "work" has been devoted to practising on Johannes the violin.

I know it is awfully short notice, but I'd love to inform you about a couple of concerts I have coming up in N.E. England in the next few days. If anyone living nearby happens to be free, it would be great to see you at one of the gigs and please do come and introduce yourself at the end too!

    Hope this works:

I promise I will call back much more often in future.
    Regards to everyone

[Hmmm. NE? How about coming to the SW? ]
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Great to see you here - you have been missed.

Lovely programme ... and for a Fiver! You don't venture a little further South do you? (Nothing too radical, you understand; say Skipton, Ilkley, Kendal ... ?)

Best Wishes for successful concerts and future Postings!

                      Maestrolover,

I would have been utterly delighted to support you, but, erm...

                          Maestrolover hello.

I bet you have been wondering what I have been doing all this time. Well. Went to Cornwall for a holiday. Played Schnittke Symphony no.2, Arnold Symphony no.5 and 6, Bartok Violin Concerto no.2. and Stockhausen Pole 1 and 2 etc. all for the very first time. off to Ramsgate Cider festival tommorow!

                          Well. goodbye.

                          3VS (Richard)

P.S. I knew a Rosalind once in the olden days, growing up in Rochester, Kent. Wasnt you was it?
