Slightly off the immediate topic, but it was interesting to hear Ilan Volkov's contribution to Radio 4's "Lst Word" regarding the death of Ethiopian composer Emahoy Tsegué-Maryam: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m001kq9s. The coverage of Emahoy Tsegué-Maryam begins 7'40" in.
