I honestly don’t think he would care - there are plenty of other things in a freelance musician’s career to worry about . He’d realise it’s a stock shot. If he / his agent were that worried he’d have supplied an image to replace it by now.

Trouble is they are probably all copyright and putting them on the net globally is very expensive. If you don’t copyright clear a still the copyright owner can charge what they like for it ...
