Did anybody listen to this? Intriguing. Interesting but I must say I enjoyed the encore most: Music for a while.

[ed] I thought the voice surprisingly suited the Mahler and Orpheus was very good (sounded rather like Purcell).

I too enjoyed it, thinking at one point that I was actually listening to a mezzo.
Great choice of songs and a very entertaining recital although the balance was a little piano-heavy in Um Mitternacht.

Now that does sound like a programme! I'm not sure that I'll enjoy it all but it really is the sort of music that should be thrown into the daytime schedule to liven it up.
